Thread count indicates the number of threads per square inch of fabric. The higher the thread count the more densely woven the fabric. Care instructions Machine wash, max 60°C, normal process. Environment and materials Environment All the cotton in our products comes from more sustainable sources. This means that the cotton is either recycled, or grown with less water, less fertilisers and less pesticides, while increasing profit margins for the farmers. Since 1996 IKEA has banned harmful dyestuffs, e.g. azo dyes, in textile and leather production. By using renewable materials like cellulose and cotton fibres in this product, we avoid using fossil or finite materials.
